REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

You should receive an email within 24 hours of registering if we have received and can accept your class registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting a registration you need to contact us at +91 8920084158 for a review.
Any travel, transit and parking costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee. If booking travel, we suggest you obtain refundable reservations. MIPL will not be responsible for any cancellation costs incurred including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel reservations, parking or meals.
Class delays and cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen factors are posted on our website. We strongly recommend students check our website for any such notices before leaving your location. Registration done within a period of 15 days from class start/schedule day will not be eligiable for cancellation or any refund of training/cost but can reschedule after special consideration by MIPL Management depending on availability of resources and Instructor. 
If attending class at Melik Info Private Limited hereafter referred as (MIPL) site all the necessary equipment will be at our site. Local staff will greet you and direct you to our training area. Please be prompt as the instructor may not be able to delay the start of a class for a student, and local staff may need to leave the center to accommodate others. By registering training with MIPL you are agree to obey our Terms and Condition.
If attending class from your own location, you will need to provide the necessary equipment and install the conferencing software to connect into the classroom. You should connect at least 10 minutes before the start of your class to verify that all connections are working properly.
Most instructors will have a short break in the morning and another in the afternoon so students can stretch, use restrooms and so on. Additionally, there will be a slightly longer break for lunch.
We invite students to dress casually and comfortably for class so you can focus on learning.
Prerequisites are listed on our course outlines for students to assess their suitability for a class. Additionally, MIPL’s advisors may be able to help you determine an appropriate level. Should a student be lacking the prerequisite skills for class or fail to maintain a professional demeanor in class, MIPL may exercise the following options:
Should an instructor find a student lacks the class prerequisite skills, is slowing down the overall pace of the class, distracting the class with topics outside of the scope of the class and level, the instructor can require that student continue with Special Attention status.
Special Attention students may either remain in class doing the hands-on labs to the best of one's ability without asking questions or receiving assistance from the instructor, or may leave the class.
Special Attention students who complete their original class may repeat the class at no additional charge once they have learned the necessary prerequisite skills using our Make-up Policy. You will need to use your original course materials as no new materials will be issued.
Right of Dismissal
In order to maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning for all attendees, MIPL reserves the right to dismiss a participant who is harassing other participants, the instructor, or who in MIPL judgment acts inappropriately or disruptively from the class and our premises.
In the case of dismissal or choice by a Special Attention student to leave class at the time of status change, MIPL liability will be limited to a refund of the class fee already paid by the participant/participant's organization. MIPL shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or inconvenience arising from the adjusted status.
MIPL provides a Certificate of Completion once your full attendance in an instructor-led/Online class is confirmed.  Certificates of Completion are sent via email to the e-address on the registration record. Certificates are provided as a .pdf so you have a digital record to print as needed.
Invoices and receipts are automatically generated and sent to the e-address provided on the registration. If you need a copy of an invoice or receipt for which you registered directly with MIPL, you can contact us at invoice@melikinfo.com.
Invoices/receipts are available for up to one month from the date of the class.
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT BY MIPL
In the unlikely event MIPL needs to cancel an instructor-led/Online class due to circumstances beyond our control, registered students will be notified as quickly as possible. In such cases, the student may choose to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge, or cancel with refund if any money is on account for that specific registration.

At Melik Info Private Limited hereafter referred as (MIPL), we strive to provide exceptional IT training services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund of fees paid for our training programs. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures regarding refunds. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following policy:
Refunds/Reschedule are eligible under the following circumstances:
If a training program is cancelled by Melik Info Private Limited (MIPL) due to unforeseen circumstances or due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a client provides a cancellation request within a specified timeframe before the start date of the training program.
If a client encounters technical issues that prevent them from accessing or participating in the training program, despite reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, can opt for reschedule not refund.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, clients must submit a refund request in writing to our customer support team. The request should include the client's name, contact information, and details regarding the reason for the refund.
Cancellation and Withdrawal:
If a client wishes to cancel their enrollment in a training program, they must notify us in writing within a specified timeframe before the start date of the program to be eligible for a refund.
The specified timeframe for cancellation and the associated refund percentage is/will be clearly communicated on our website under Term and Condition page. MIPL Reserves the right to amend/change cancellation and refund policy.
Certain fees associated with the training program, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable etc. These fees will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process. Special Offers and Discounts are not applicable without a valid Unique Reference Number(URN).
In the unlikely event MIPL needs to cancel an instructor-led/Online class due to circumstances beyond our control, registered students will be notified as quickly as possible. In such cases, the student may choose to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge, or cancel with refund if any money is on account for that specific registration.
Because we must schedule rooms, ship course materials, assign instructors and provision computer resources well in advance, it is important students alert us ASAP with any cancel/reschedule requests to avoid penalties or restrictions. Please note the following policies:
If requested 15 or More Calendar Days before the Class
Student cancellation or reschedule requests received 15 calendar days or more before the class starts will be processed promptly. Cancellation requests made in this timeframe are eligible for refund of 50% money on account for this specific registration. Reschedule requests made in this timeframe will be accommodated if availability exists and will be processed at no additional charge.
If requested 14 Calendar Days or Less before the Class
For all courses/title cancellation or reschedule requests made by the student 14 calendar days or less before the class starts will be charged 100% the course fee and are not entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and approval of a refund request.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Payment through any kind of voucher or any promotional coupon shall be Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable. 
Registration of any course with MIPL shall be Non-Transferable.
Clients who fail to attend the training program without prior notification or who are absent for any reason during the program will not be eligible for a refund.
If a client is unable to attend the rescheduled program or if significant changes are made to the content that no longer meets the client's objectives or In the event that there are changes to the training schedule or content, Melik Info Private Limited (MIPL) will make reasonable efforts to accommodate clients' needs but no refund shall be made. 
We recommend reviewing our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in our training programs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated on this page.
If you would like to repeat a daytime instructor-led (ILT) class you have already attended and paid for with MIPL, contact our Education Advisors about our Retake option. Our retake policy allows for...
One (1) opportunity for the student to retake the exact same publicly offered instructor-led course that the student
previously attended at MIPL learning Centers for no additional charge within 3 months of the original class.
Courses with new software versions, revisions or revised course materials are NOT eligible for retake. Retake students need to use the course materials that were provided for their original instructor-led class for the retake. No new materials will be provided.
MIPL reserves the right to limit retake requests based on class capacity.
If you cancel your free retake registration 14 calendar days or less before the class start, or fail to show up for class you forfeit your free retake opportunity. No substitutions allowed.
MIPL reserves the right to retire courses and versions due to lack of demand. Retired classes are no longer available for the free retake.
There is no better way for us to show you the quality of our instructor-led training than to try it yourself. That's why we guarantee your satisfaction with our instructor-led training (ILT) classes. 
If you are not satisfied with our live, alert us by the lunch break on the first day of class. Instructor-led training (ILT)/Online training for any reason, we'll refund 70% of the purchase price or try our best to replace the Instructor asap. 
Money-back guarantee applicable for instructor-led training (ILT) courses only. In cases where digital courseware, LAB etc. are used, the cost of the materials will be deducted from the refund if already activated or accessed. Should there be additional elements, components or content those are forfeited.
Hard copy materials need to be returned to MIPL for full refund—either leave the hard copy materials in the MIPL classroom, or ship it to our corporate HQ if you are a home/office attendee. Refund offer does not apply if student cancels or reschedules 14 or less days before the class, and is null and void.
